Terms and Conditions

A $100 deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Please note:

All deposits and prepayments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.

• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit or full payment will be forfeited.

• To reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure your new booking.

Please be aware that Natalia is often booked several weeks in advance, so rescheduling may result in a 3–6 week wait time.
